Okay so this P239 is the bomb, perfect back up weapon. Right out of the box I hit the bulls eye, not luck, I confirmed it with the next many rounds.  The feel of this weapon in your hand pointing at the target exudes confidence. Since it is slightly sleeker than my P229,  I will probably use it for my conceal  weapon and my P229 as  my duty weapon. What a nice choice to have, both feel like an extension of my hand and the weapon operation is identical.

I never give or have given a 5 out of 5 star rating 5 being the best.  However the Sig Sauer P229 and P239 respectively get my highest 4 3/4 stars. For accuracy and handling, a perfect match of home defense and duty weapons.

Lately I have been shooting a few different rifles manufactured by Yankee Hill Machine. What has drawn me to YHM is the Todd Jaret custom forend because of its looks. Ok I hate to admit it but how cool my rifle looks is almost as important as how it functions. I can honestly say they operate flawlessly right out of the box with no break in period. I test fired three different models.
