Sometimes when multiple purchases of the online course are made from the same device the name on the certificate is incorrect. Usually, this will be the name of the person who first purchased the course. Fortunately, you only need to go to the Edit Account page and update the First and Last Name fields. The certificate will automatically be regenerated and there is no need to retake the course over if it is already completed.
Please note that certificates will be matched with the appropriate invoice to ensure that the course was purchased by that individual or as a gift.
